Description
Luno Chrome Table Lamp — polished dome, striped marble, touch control.
A mirror-polished chrome dome sits on a slim chrome stem, rising from a cylindrical base of alternating green and beige marble strata — geological material at the bottom, reflective industrial metal at the top, the contrast as deliberate as the proportions are considered. Touch the base to switch on. Touch again to switch off. No fumbling for a cord switch in the dark, no wall switch required. The Luno is a desk lamp, a bedside lamp, a shelf object — the chrome dome reflects its surroundings and the bulb below, casting a warm, directed glow downward and outward.
Natural marble — striped pattern varies between pieces
The base is constructed from natural green and beige marble. The width, spacing, and depth of the alternating stripes will differ between individual pieces as determined by the specific blocks of stone used. The display photographs show representative examples. This natural variation is a quality of the material, not a defect.
Plug-in — no electrician. Touch switch on base.
Runs on a 59.1″ (150 cm) cord with a plug — place on any surface and connect to a standard outlet. Two control options: an inline push-button switch on the cord, or a touch-sensitive switch on the base itself. Simply touch the marble base to turn on or off.

Bulb & Light Source
E26 (US/CA) or E27 (EU/AU) — bulb not included
Compatible with LED and Edison filament bulbs. A warm-white LED at 2700–3000 K is recommended — the warm tone reflects softly off the polished chrome interior of the dome and casts a warm directed glow downward and outward. A globe or standard A-shape E26/E27 LED at 6–8W provides comfortable desk or bedside task lighting at this scale. The polished chrome dome acts as a reflector, directing and amplifying the light output downward.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow does the touch switch work?
The Luno has a capacitive touch sensor built into the marble base. Touch any part of the marble cylinder to switch the lamp on; touch again to switch it off. It is the same technology used in phone screens and responds to skin contact. The touch switch is independent of the inline cord push-button — either control can be used at any time. For bedside use the touch function is particularly convenient, as the base is easy to find and activate in the dark without searching for a cord switch.
Does the chrome dome get hot?
With a standard LED bulb (6–8W) the chrome dome will become warm to the touch but not dangerously hot. LED bulbs generate far less heat than incandescent or halogen equivalents — this is recommended both for comfort and to protect the chrome finish over time. Avoid using high-wattage halogen or incandescent bulbs which will produce excessive heat under the enclosed dome.
Will my marble base look exactly like the product photo?
The stripe composition — alternating green and beige marble layers — will be consistent between pieces. The precise veining within each green layer, the tonal variation of the beige sections, and the exact stripe widths will differ as determined by the natural stone used. This is an inherent quality of natural marble and is not a defect.
Is the Luno certified for North America and Europe?
Yes. It holds certifications compatible with North America, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia and operates on AC 110–240V worldwide.
