About the black travertine — genuine natural stone with a matte black surface finish
The shade of this pendant is made from genuine travertine stone, hand-carved into its sculpted geometric form. To create a deep, even black aesthetic, the stone surface is finished with a matte black coating — rather than left in its natural off-white state. This is an intentional design choice: the weight, density, and natural pore structure are preserved, while the surface colour is controlled. The pores and organic variations visible in each piece are authentic expressions of the stone — no two are identical.
Natural travertine — formed by geological processes
Travertine is formed in the natural environment through thousands of years of complex physical and chemical processes. Even beneath the black surface, the pore distribution and stone characteristics of each piece remain entirely unique.

No — travertine is naturally off-white. The matte black finish is a surface coating applied to the genuine stone. The natural pore structure, weight, and density are fully preserved beneath.
Can the cable be extended?
