Frequently Asked QuestionsThe photos show a gold sphere — will my lamp arrive in gold?
No — the Spark Ball ships in Chrome Silver by default, even if the product photographs show the Gold version. If you require the Gold finish, you must specify this before placing your order by contacting our support team. Orders placed without specifying Gold will ship in Silver. Both finishes are available in all 13 standard sizes.
Which size should I choose for a dining table or living room?
For a 4–6 seat dining table, ∅ 40–60 cm is the most balanced choice — large enough to read clearly as a statement object at eye level without dominating the table surface. For an open-plan living room or double-height space, ∅ 70–100 cm creates a strong focal point. The ∅ 120–180 cm versions are intended for hotel lobbies, atriums, and large commercial installations where a centrepiece-scale object is needed. As a rule, choose a sphere diameter that is approximately 1/3 of the shortest room dimension for good visual proportion.
How is the driver housed? Does it show?
The driver is housed inside the ceiling canopy — the chrome steel disc that covers the wiring point at the ceiling. The transformer converts AC 90–240V mains to DC 5V for the integrated LED nodes. The canopy is compact and mounts flush to the ceiling surface. The cable from the canopy to the sphere is adjustable at 59″ and can be extended on request for higher ceilings.
Is the Spark Ball certified for North America and Europe?
Yes. It holds certifications compatible with North America, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia and operates on AC 110–240V worldwide.
