Frequently Asked QuestionsCan I adjust the hanging height?
Yes. The pendant comes with a standard 31.5″ (80 cm) suspension cable. Your electrician can easily shorten this cable during installation to suit your ceiling height. If you require a longer cable for high ceilings, please contact us before ordering.
Is the interior made of real wood?
The interior utilizes a hand-applied high-grade wood grain finish over a durable metal chassis. This provides the warm, organic aesthetic of real wood while ensuring the fixture remains structurally sound and resistant to warping from the LED heat.
How do I know if I need the dimmable version?
If you plan to connect this light to a standard On/Off wall switch, the default “Warm Light” option is perfect. If you have a wall dimmer switch (or plan to install the recommended Triac dimmer), you must select the “Dimmable” version to allow brightness control.
How do I clean the ribbed exterior?
We recommend using a soft bristle duster or a dry microfiber cloth to sweep along the fluted lines. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or wet sprays, as they may damage the matte exterior finish.
