This light pole base comes with a sliding cover to keep it clean and dry when not in use. Just slide the cover to the left or to the right to slide open the cover. It fits most 3/4 round 2-prong stern light poles. It also works with 3/4 flag poles that are telescopic. This item comes with wire as well for wiring purposes.
